Sound familiar?

Good leads slip away every week

You are in someone's backyard when the lead comes in. By the time you call back, they have moved on.

$15k+

What you keep on a typical pool. Builders keep about $15k to $18k per pool, on margins of about 22 to 28 percent.

$850+

What a closed deal from Google Ads can cost you. About $850 to $1,200 each.

3 to 5

Builders who get the same shared lead. Those leads cost $100 to $200 and you still have to race for them.

Half

When an agency called 100 Georgia pool builders as a homeowner, only just over half picked up.

24 to 48

Hours most builders take to follow up. The follow up binder goes back in the drawer.

$95k

The contract the homeowner who said "not yet" signs with another builder a week later.

Numbers are industry estimates. The average inground pool runs about $66k.

Here is the good news. Your warmest leads are not new leads. They are the unsold estimates already sitting in your CRM or your binder.

How it works

Three simple steps

  1. Send your estimates

Send us your unsold bids from the last 2 years. A file, a CRM export, or photos of the binder all work. We tidy it up.

  2. We revive them under your name

Friendly emails go out from your name and your company. Each homeowner gets their own proposal page with your price and an Accept button.

  3. You pay only when one signs

No fee for emails. No fee for clicks. You pay us only when a homeowner from your list signs.

What the homeowner sees

A proposal page with your name on it

Every homeowner gets a simple page in your colors with your logo. It shows their pool, their price, your financing link, your reviews, and answers to common questions.

  • One big button: Accept and hold my spring slot
  • Your off season deal, written by you and approved once
  • You get an alert when a homeowner opens it again
  • Tapping Accept takes them to your own deposit link

Straight answers

Questions builders ask

Who sends the emails?

We do the work. We write the emails, send them, watch for replies and opens, and pass warm homeowners to you.

Whose name is on the emails?

Yours. Emails go out under your company name and the sending name you pick. Replies come to your own reply email. The homeowner hears from you, not from us.

What counts as a signed job?

A job counts when a homeowner from your list taps Accept on their proposal page, or when you tell us they signed. The fee is based on the signed contract price.

How long does a homeowner count?

Twelve months. If a homeowner from your list signs within 12 months of our first message to them, it counts as a signed job.

What does one builder per metro mean?

We work with only one pool builder in each metro. Once you are in, we will not work with your competitors in your area.

What if a homeowner was already about to sign?

Tell us before we start. Anyone you are already working with can come off the list, and we will not email them. We only want credit for jobs we help bring back.

Is my customer data safe?

Your list stays yours. We use it only to email your past estimate customers for you. We never sell it or share it, and we never use it for another builder.

Do homeowners get to opt out?

Yes. Every email has a clear way to opt out, and we honor it right away. Each email also shows your business address.

Do you send texts?

Not right now. We use email only.

How do I cancel?

Send us an email. There is no contract term. Fees are still owed on jobs from your list that sign within the 12 month window.
